Suzie is a clinical psychologist who enjoys combining her knowledge of mental health and
background in elite sports to enhance the well-being and performance of all her clients. She brings a wide
range of experiences to approach each client in a caring and individualised way.

From a young age, Suzie has been fascinated by the decisions people make, and how to optimise
functioning by better understanding the way our brains work, especially under pressure. She is
motivated to empower clients to take ownership of their mental health through education and
opportunities to test their capabilities. Through a compassionate and collaborative approach, Suzie
thrives on seeing clients develop self-awareness and confidence to make positive choices to enhance
their wellbeing and performance.

Suzie graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology and a Masters of Clinical Psychology, and has gone on
to work with a variety of individual clients and sporting teams, including the Sydney Roosters,
Waratahs, Rugby 7’s and is the current club psychologist for the Sydney Swans Football Club.
In her private practice, she has a particular interest in helping people learn practical and emotional
skills to deal with psychological stress related to sport, school, work, relationship conflicts, acute and
chronic injuries, and body image concerns, as well as maintaining an edge for elite
performance.

In her spare time, Suzie is trying to work out how to improve her own performance in the sport of
ocean paddling, and chasing her human and fur babies around the beaches.
